In previous studies, the mechanisms for changing saltwater lake to fresh water were analysed by Dr. Jaasen^ and Okuda-'-^. But in these theories, the effectiveness of the structure of the outlet gate and its control for salinity had not been considered. For this reason, tne aoove studies are not precise enough to estimate the necessary time required for changing salt water to fresh water in the actual sea-reclamation planing. Tne author iias proposed a new method to calcu-* late the necessary time. In this paper the mechanism of transport of salinity in water is also considered.
