Obesity being the root cause of major ailments like cardiac disease, hypertension, diabetes mellitus etc. It is essential to control and preclude. Food restriction is the choice when an obese individual are hospitalized and supervised, whereas the alteration is best choice when the person go back to home and join with the delicious foods of family.
