The present study is conducted to compare the anti-microbial efficacy of tooth paste containing lactoferrin, lysozyme, lactoperoxidase (BioXtra ®), a 500ppm fluoride tooth paste, and a non fluoridated tooth paste in children with Severe Early Childhood Caries (S-ECC).
