Depression is a prevalent mental disorder and the 4(th) leading cause of disability in the world as per the World Health Organization (WHO). The adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) to antidepressants are common and they can lead to a non compliance or even a discontinuation of the therapy. This study entitled us to monitor the ADR profile of the antidepressants in a tertiary care teaching hospital.
