A Critical Overview on French Curriculum and French Course Book (Bonjour Le Français ) for Primary School 5th Grade

In our country, language teaching is one of the most significant components of education as it is all over the world. However, it is the field in which we are the least successful. When we consider spent time, concerted effort made and the result of these studies, it can be said that we are successful in teaching neither french nor other languages. Furthermore, at present, French Language teaching is becoming less and less common at schools and contents of the course books hasn’t been checked for many years. And these cause the basic troubles of the French courses. In this study, primary french course book (Bonjour Le Français) is reviewed according to basic law of Turkish National Education Policy numbered 1739, regulations and policies related to course equipments
