HOSPITALIDADE NUMA PERSPECTIVA COLETIVA: O CORPO COLETIVO ACOLHEDOR

The welcoming, on the singular e collective perspective, constitutes today in one of the main pillars that sustain the theorist organization, the practices and the strategic systems on the touristic planning in the private and public sphere. Thus, with the objective to contribute to a distinction in the processes that involve the welcoming on the singular and collective form it is presented the Welcoming Collective Body which has been developed from a study carried in potentially touristic communities. The model is implied as a system that covers: a) the joint of the available services in the range from internal/external relations; b) the managing organization with an operational nature that is public and private; c) the culture and the knowledge generated, shared and transmitted by the group/community. The model allows the study of the welcoming/hospitality phenomenon in the context of the relations in which one body is constituted jointly
