Based on the Nagel-Schreckenberg traffic flow modelthe traffic flow models for electronic and manual toll collection systems are established. The fundamental diagrams of traffic flow are obtained under different parameters via computer simulation. Moreover, the characteristics of electronic and manual toll collection mixed system are analyzed and discussed.
