
Physical realization of single qubit gate using laser-two-level-atom system

The time dependent Schrdinger Equation of a laser-two-level-atom system has been solved by algebraic dynamics method. The exact analytical solution is obtained, and the single qubit logical gate can be realized through adjusting the amplitude and frequency of the single mode laser field as well as strength of the short pulse laser field.
