A new composite quantized field theory is formulated. A bilocal field operator equation of Bethe-Salpeter type with sources is introduced as the equation of motion of composite fields. The bound state field theory of Haag-Nishijima-Zimmermann and the Mandelstam's transition formula of bound state can be shown to be contained in the present theory, some difficulties of their theory being avoided.
