The authors analyzed laser-induced fluorescence spectra of healthy vegetation and greenery under stress at fluorescence excitation in blue spectral range. It is shown that use of fluorescence excitation in blue spectral range and registration of fluorescent radiation in three narrow spectral ranges with central wavelengths of 680, 690 and 740 nm allows reliable detection of vegetation stress. Identifiable characteristics of plant stress situation are radiation fluorescence intensity ratio at wavelengths 680, 740 nm and ratio at wavelengths 690, 740 nm
