ÉTICA E CIDADANIA MULTICULTURAL NA PERSPECTIVA DE JURGEN HABERMAS

Jürgen Habermas, to understand the multicultural societies today, asking for the possibilities of establishing a Democratic State of Right in which social actors can live in a multicultural form where there are no more boundaries but pore spaces permeated by an increasingly growing idea of post-national states, where ethnicities, races and cultures are legally recognized and respected in their rights and obligations.

Jürgen Habermas, ao compreender as sociedades multiculturais hoje, pergunta pela possibilidade de se instituir um Estado Democrático de Direito em que os atores sociais possam viver de forma multicultural em que não haja mais fronteiras e sim espaços porosos permeados por uma ideia cada vez mais crescente de estados pós-nacionais, em que etnias, raças e culturas sejam juridicamente respeitadas e reconhecidas nos seus direitos e deveres.
