Adolescence is a period of many changes, including physical, mental, physiological, behavioural changes occuring in an individual. This vulnerable period makes the child susceptible to sexually transmitted diseases due to various reasons. Among the 768 respondents, only 53.5% beleived that protected sex reduced the risk of HIV/STD transmission. we also reviewed other investigators and recommend more educational interventions in the school
