The publication presents the basic prerequisites for the creation of a center for spiritual, moral and patriotic education of young people as a factor in improving the quality of social and economic processes. Recommendations on the structure of this center are presented taking into account the studies carried out based on modern methods of intelligent modeling. Interrelation of expected results of activity of such center and the basic tasks which are necessary for providing with performance is shown.
