Summary of the workshop held at the UOC, organized in collaboration with the lawyer's office Uría Menéndez. Among the participants were Dr Morales García, Mr Ruíz Bach, Mr Gómez Bermúdez and Dr Melchionda who analysed the reform of the rules governing the stock exchange as a consequence of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) being incorporated within our legal code.
