Based on the transformation connotation of foreign trade development mode, this paper obtains the outcome-evaluating indicators of the transformation of foreign trade development mode according to trade identities. Next, it employs the method of Sharply Value in cooperative game to calculate the contribution degree of each indicator to the trade development, and evaluates the transformation outcomes of China’s foreign trade development mode from two perspectives, resource-utilizing ways and market development ways. It shows that the transformation of China’s foreign trade development mode has achieved a certain outcome, though there still exist some imperfections in the transformation. Hence the government should lay the focus of future policies related to the transformation of China’s foreign trade development mode on the improvement of the coordination between export sector and non-export sector of national economy and the elevation of innovation capabilities of enterprises.
