Objective To investigate the effect of urinary fistula repair with penile flip flap after hypospadias correction in children. Methods Anastomotic fistula and coronal groove fistula were repaired with penile flip flap,and the result were analyzed . Results The correction rate of anastomotic fistula repair was significantly higher than that of coronal groove fistula group. Discussion The penile flip flap is safe and reliable for the repair of anastomotic fistula and coronal groove fistula after hypospadias correction . The correction rate is high, especially in the repair of anastomotic fistula, related to local circulation and scar hyperplasia.
