New metal complexes with salicylidene-N,N-dicyclohexylqlycinehydrazone derivatives were synthezed. Cu(II),Ni (II),Co(II) complexes of (2-hydroxybenzylidene)-N',N'-dicyclo-hexyl-qlycinehydrazide were obtained and investigated by IR, UV, VIS spectrometry and termogravimetry. It was shown, that in these complexes the metal:ligand ratio is 1:1 and complexes are binuclear.
