The Kanban Maturity Model is a guide for organizations interested in increasing their project and service management agility, delivering on customer expectations and achieving better business outcomes. This article describes the model’s levels of organizational maturity as well as how project management at an industrial company evolves through them. It provides real world examples from Basque companies who are using Kanban.
