The heat capacity of beryllium 1:3-aluminate, BeO · 3Al 2 O 3 , was determined from 15 to 380 °K and the thermodynamic properties calculated from 0 to 390 °K. The entropy at 298.15 °K was found to be 175.55 J deg -1 mol -1 (41.96 cal deg -1 mol -1 ).
