How does your water utility view the service it provides? Does it view the service as a commodity, a right, or simply a public service? At the South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority (RWA) in New Haven, Conn., we've started to examine our daily work through a more dynamic lens. We recognize the life force of our community flows through our infrastructure, and we're committed to preserving and turning this resource into a source of greater opportunity for our community. This is RWA's higher purpose.
