The Lowell, Michigan, Department of Public Works created a custom‐built stand for a new electronic chlorine cylinder scale with a digital readout. The stand securely holds a cylinder without altering scale weight and allows easy daily reads with an eye‐level digital display. In addition, the stand makes cylinder changes easier because the electronic scale is flush with the floor, provides a convenient work surface for cylinder changes, and offers a secure location for the vacuum regulator during cylinder change‐out.
