The Dechlori‐nate‐r was created to remove chlorine when dewatering the last 1‐4 ft of a reservoir in preparation for annual cleaning. It uses a length of PVC pipe and a fabricated, angled metal plate with a series of holes that limit the water's contact with the dechlor tablets.
