Is there such a thing as a constitutional right to the integrity of the person? Indeed, Raul Canosa Usera finds it in article 15 of the Spanish Constitution, which includes a reference to the physical and moral integrity of everyone. Due to its direct connection with the constitutional value of human dignity, this new-named right may have a lot to say. Specially in a time when conceptions of life ar e changing along with scientific and technological developments.
