Los conciertos educativos y la libertad de elección de centro educativo

Los conciertos en el sistema educativo tratan de garantizar el cumplimiento efectivo del derecho a la educación, y del derecho de los padres a elegir el tipo de educación que deseen para sus hijos conforme a sus convicciones religiosas, ideológicas, etc ya sea en un colegio público o privado. En el presente trabajo trataremos de demostrar la necesidad de esta educación, ya que apuesta por una educación inclusiva que favorece al máximo el desarrollo de todo el alumnado.The concerts in the educational system try to guarantee the effective fulfillment of the right to education, and of the right of the parents to choose the type of education they wish for their children according to their religious, ideological convictions, etc. either in a public school or private In the present work we will try to demonstrate the necessity of this education, since it bets for an inclusive education that favors to the maximum the development of all the students.
