Las reformas para la fiscalización de los funcionarios de la Hacienda portuguesa en Ultramar en la segunda mitad del XVIII = The Reforms of the Inspection of the Officials within the Portuguese Treasury Overseas in the Second Half of the 18th Century

Este trabajo pretende analizar las reformas en la Hacienda de la Monarquía portuguesa, a partir de la segunda mitad del siglo XVIII, a la luz de las relaciones entre el centro de la Corona en Lisboa y los territorios ultramarinos. Se dará relevancia al control de la actuación de los oficiais de recebimento (almoxarifes, tesoureiros y recebedores). Para ello, retrocederemos en el tiempo con el objetivo de comprender mejor el impacto de los cambios que alteraron la estructura hacendaria (tanto en el Reino como en el Imperio), así como las relaciones entre sus autoridades y agentes.AbstractThis paper intends to analyze the reforms made within the Treasury of the Portuguese monarchy, from the second half of the XVIII century, in the light of the relations between the center of the monarchy in Lisbon and the territories overseas.Relevance will be given in regards to the control of the performance of the oficiais de recebimento (almoxarifes, tesoureiros y recebedores). To do this, we will go back in time with the aim of better understanding the impact of the changes that altered the fiscal structure (both within the Kingdom and within the Empire), as well as the relations between its authorities and agents.
