Open AccessEsta colaboración estudia la manifestación del carácter religioso del testamento de la edad moderna desde la solicitud de herencias atípicas en la Córdoba y provincia del Antiguo Régimen, perfectamente posibles en el ordenamiento jurídico regente, que también se examina, y sus respectivos contenidos, nombramientos en favor del alma, las instituciones religiosas y caritativas, y además de esta neta distinción, es decir, la complicación de la cláusula por la combinación de una o las dos de las anteriores beneficiarías, y herederos usufructuarios, sustitutos y sobre todo fideicomisarios o fiduciarios. Integrando en el análisis los elementos diferenciales —temporales, geográficos y socioprofesionales—, sus resultados contribuyen también a la interpretación de las actitudes colectivas ante la muerte de la época preindustrial.
This collaboration studies the expression of the religious side in the wills of the modern age since the atypical inheritance applications in Córdoba and its área in the oíd regime, perfectly possible in that juridicial system, which is also examined, as well as its respective contents, nominations in favour of the soul, religious and charity institutions, in addition to this puré distinction, that is, the complication of the clause due to the combination of one or two of the former beneficiarles and usufructuary inheritors, substitutes and above all trustees and fiduciaries. Integrating in the analysis the differential elements —temporal, geographical and socioprofessional— its results also contribute to the intepretation of collective altitudes towards the end of the pre-industríal time.
