There isn't much of the year left ‐ just four months ‐ so I'm recommending patience from the water community through some delays and uncertainties. At this point in 2013, it appears that the following four regulatory actions initially thought to be coming out in 2013 are going to be delayed until at least 2014: preliminary third regulatory determination, proposed Long Term Lead and Copper Rule (LT‐LCR) revisions, proposed Perchlorate Rule, and proposed carcinogenic Volatile Organic Compound (cVOC) Rule.
