Effective storm water management at major facilities is always a challenge. But with the recent bifurcation of the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System under the Clean Water Act to include a separate pesticide general permit, the current administration is setting the stage for other pollutant‐specific permits, which will result in layers of complex storm water regulations.
