Resenha do Livro "O Direito e os Medicamentos - Vigilância sanitária, direito do consumidor e regulamentação das práticas químico-farmacêuticas"

The Government has the responsability to ensure not only universal, but also the provide of products and services that are valuable in health, safety and of proven quality through an effective pharmacovigilance system. This system should walk along the science and activities related to detection, assessment, understanding of adverse effects or other problems related to marketed drugs. Pharmacovigilance is a duty not only for the industry, but especially for governments and  population; besides, it is also a concern to those who are somehow involved in the regulation, development, production and marketing of pharmaceuticals.
