SYNTHESIS OF D-GLUCOSE- ANDN-ACETYLGLUCOSAMINE-BASEDN-GLYCOSYLSULFONAMIDES

Herein, we report the synthesis of β-N-glycosylsulfonamides derivatives of D-glucose and N-acetylglucosamine using conventional methods. We also describe a procedure that allows the preparation of these compounds in good yields without the anomerization of the intermediate glycosylamines.
