Geografia, sexualidades e reconhecimento sociocultural em âmbito educacional: a inserção das demandas sociais da ONG Igualdade/Santa Maria na escola Marieta D’Ambrósio

The research that led to this text represents one of the activities included on the program of Incentive to Extension Fund (FIEX) Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM). The extension project participated of the activities of NGO Igualdade/Santa Maria to understand the cultural and political issues of different social subjects of the city. Activities for disseminating the work of NGOs were also promoted, as well as the discussions of these themes and other transversal themes, like Cultural Plurality and Sexual Orientation according to the PCN's (1997), along with teachers of the School of Basic Education Marieta d 'Ambrosio. A pesquisa que originou este texto representa uma das atividades inseridas no programa do Fundo de Incentivo a Extensão (FIEX) da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM). A atividade de extensão participou das atividades da ONG Igualdade/Santa Maria para entender as questões culturais e políticas dos diferentes sujeitos sociais do Município. Promoveram-se também, atividades de divulgação dos trabalhos da ONG e as discussões destas temáticas e dos Temas Transversais, Pluralidade Cultural e Orientação Sexual, conforme PCN’s (1997), juntamente com os docentes da Escola Estadual de Ensino Fundamental Marieta d’Ambrósio
