The John Carter Brown Library (JCB) has amassed one of the world’s great collections of colonial Braziliana since its founding in 1846, and this catalog is a testament to its preeminence. Over 1,200 titles are painstakingly cataloged and described by Brazilian specialist cataloger Valeria Gauz.
