Určuje forma podpory malých a středních podniků její dopad?

Cílem tohoto článku je na základě vymezení přínosů a rizik podpory malých a středních podniků (MSP) a analýzy míry využívání nástrojů finančního inženýrství ve vybraných zemích určit pomocí stanovených kvantitativních indikátorů, jak se v nich vyvíjely malé a střední podniky, a to i z hlediska odvětvové struktury, a současně pokusit se najít v tomto směru doporučení pro ČR při implementaci nástrojů finančního inženýrství (NFI) ve stávajícím programovém období. Je aplikována grafická, komparační a trendová analýza. Ukazuje se, že pro ČR je z hlediska zkoumané problematiky značně vzdálená realita Velké Británie, jistá podobnost je patrná s Německem, inspirativní je vývoj Polska, částečně Rakouska. Zlepšení indikátorů „snadnosti podnikání“ by mělo být pro ČR stále v popředí zájmu, a to i v oblasti implementace NFI.This article aims to evaluate using a set of quantitative indicators of development of SMEs, even in terms of industry structure. The starting point is to define the risks and benefits of supporting small and medium enterprises and analysis rate of use of financial engineering instruments in selected countries. At the same time, the authors try to find recommendations for the Czech Republic for the implementation of financial engineering instruments (FEIs) during the current programming period. There are applied graphics, comparative and trend analysis. It shows that the reality of the Czech Republic is very distant reality of Great Britain, a certain similarity is noticeable with Germany, the development of Poland is inspiring, partly of Austria. Improving indicators of 'ease of doing business' should be for the Czech Republic still in forefront of interest, even in the implementation of FEIs
