Spermatocele is a rare disease that leads to discomfortsuch as scrotal mass, pain, and loss of aesthetics. Generallyit causes unilateral and rarely clinical complaint. Atdiagnosis they could mimic other intrascrotal masses, so,physical examination and scrotal ultrasound is very important.The treatment depends on the size of the cyst,severity of symptoms and the surgeon’s preference.58-year-old male patient complaint with left scrotal swellingand intermittent scrotal pain for about 5 years wasadmitted to our clinic. A hard mass was detected in theleft scrotum about 10-15 cm in size with palpation. Withthe scrotal color Doppler ultrasonography, fluid-filled cysticmass was detected, approximately 12x8 cm in size, inthe left scrotum. The left scrotal exploration was done andapproximately 12x6 cm size spermatocele was extracted.Key words: Spermatocele, epididymal cyst, testis, scrotalexploratio
