Comunicação Organizacional e Relações Públicas: Perspectivas dos estudos Latino-Americanos - Organizational Communication and Public Relations: Prospects for Latin American studies

Apresenta aspectos conceituais sobre Comunicação Organizacional e Relações Públicas e os fundamentos que diferenciam e delimitam essas duas áreas de conhecimento. São feitas considerações sobre percepções da autora sobre os estudos dessas mesmas áreas na América Latina. Destaca-se um estudo bibliométrico de 136 textos apresentados no GT de Comunicación Organizacional y Relaciones Publicas, nos congressos bianuais da ALAIC no período de 1998 a 2008./ The objective of this paper is to introduce concepts of Organizational Communications andPublic Relations as well as the fundamentals differentiating and limiting both areas. The author also introduces her own considerations on previous studies on those same issues in Latin America. The results of the research on 136 texts presented by the working group on Organizational Communications and Public Relations during ALAIC bi-annual conferences covering the period between 1998 and 2008 deserve special attention
