This article aims to expose someof the securities acquired by the indigenous communities throughout the history of our country, in an attempt to elucidate the importance of these rights for the welfare of the Indian and his community. The paper analyzes several areas of law, which were necessary tools for validation of culture and proposal of rights to indigenous groups.
