The objective of this article is to, by means of a literature review and analysis of the Operations\udhandbook PRONERA, reflect on the public politics of Countryside Education denominated\ud"National Education Program in Agrarian Reform" (PRONERA). The PRONERA is formed through a\udpartnership between universities, social movements and INCRA, in other words, is a management\udmodel three-part. The PRONERA is the theoretical and practical construction of Education of the\udCountryside. A formation of teachers-peasants compromised with the collective causes of our\udsociety, that are militants of the social movements, and the search for another form of territorial\uddevelopment in the countryside, with equality and sustainability, are among the goals of this\udpublic politics
