With the rise of environmental law at the level of constitutional law, which in Brazil happened in\ud1988, it became possible to issue regulations that have the objective of protecting the\udenvironment and ensuring quality of human life. However, to become effective the protection of\udenvironmental right, as well as the material standards arises the need for procedural rules that\udmet all the peculiarities of this rigth. Because of that affects trans rights, covers interest\udindeterminable persons, the use of microsystem collective process, combining system rules of the\udCivil Procedure Code with peculiarities of the laws 7.347/85 and 8.072/90 is satisfactory for\udpreserving the environmental rights. As the system of the Civil Procedure Code does not reach a\udsatisfactory manner the protection of diffuse rights, becomes necessary dialogue between the\udsource system and microsystem
