The story of the occupation of western São Paulo occurs due to the expansion of the rail system.\udPresidente Prudente is consolidated, in the 40s, as an important center of services and production\udof agricultural products such as coffee, cotton, groundnuts, livestock and milk. In 1952, the Federal\udGovernment created the Brazilian Coffee Institute - IBC in order to realize the economic policy of\udthe Brazilian coffee in the country and abroad. The IBC also built several sheds for storage of the\udproduct, and Presidente Prudente, the shed is installed adjacent to the railway line, forming an\udurban landscape. This paper presents the integration of the building from the history of the City\udand discusses the importance of the building to the community. As a result of this research is\udexpected to sensitize the government providing subsidies for the management and the\udoverturning of this building. We present a proposal projetual a venu
