The welfare and safety of employees within a company is a factorthat currently gets a big highlight. Companies need to conform to standardsand ensure the safety of workers in order to avoid the occurrence of accidents.In this context, the objective of this project was to raise and classify the risks ofa shop and paint shop, conduct the site diagnosis, the organization of thesectors, the possible physical, chemical, ergonomic, biological risks andaccidents as well as the physical conditions of the company. Although theestablishment is small and has few employees, several risks were observed.Thus, some proposals were made to increase safety during the working day.
