This article describes the development of a mobile robot follower of the\udAGV type symbol (Guiding Autonomous Vehicles). The robot is composed of two\udparts: hardware and software. The hardware consists of a local computer that\udprocesses the images that are sent from a mobile camera with Android operating\udsystem and the Arduino responsible for reading all sensors and control actuators.\udThe software consists of computer vision algorithms which we used the OpenCV\udlibrary (Open Computer Vision liberary) for application of algorithms such as: Hough\udTransform, Gaussian Filter Smooth and InRange operation to identify the symbol to\udbe followed by the robot.\ud\u
