Employees commonly show some physical discomfort\udcaused due to inactivity or due to activity performed with repetitive\udmovements. The purpose of this work is to develop a system to\udfacilitate, so monitored employees to perform exercises of gymnastics\udto prevent risk of injury. The idea is that employees can set their own\udschedules to practice gymnastics, including performing the exercises in\udyour own home, with the results stored for viewing later. The system\udserves as a support tool for the physical educator can monitor a larger\udnumber of employees. To know if the move was done right, the system\uduses a comparison of angles related to the movements of the joints of\udthe human body compared to the angles of a pre-defined motion. Not\udall exercises are likely to be accompanied by the system due to the\udlimitations of the Kinect sensor.\ud\u
