Ibuprofen, in addition to having beneficial properties,\udcause serious side effects, ranging from gastrointestinal ulcerations\uduntil bleeding. These unwanted effects stimulate the research &\uddevelopment of new and more effective therapeutic agents and less\udharmful to human health. In this context, the aim of this study was to\udconduct an in silico study to evaluate pharmacokinetics properties,\udtoxic effects and interaction of ibuprofenates derived from natural\udproducts with prostaglandin G/H synthase 2. The anisyl, thymil and\udeugenyl ibuprofenates showed molecular properties and low or no\udtoxicity, expected for bioactive substances with potential drug\udcandidates. Furthermore, it was observed that the ibuprofenates\udevaluated had higher interaction energy with the prostaglandin G/H\udsynthase 2 in a similar orientation to ibuprofen drug.\u
