To get a poultry farming with good incomes, it is necessary to constant monitoring by the \udproducer, where the issues related to animal welfare should be seen as an economic benefit and \udnot a requirement. With the great advances in computing and with current capacity of image \udprocessing, it is possible based on frames from videos, to extract sufficient data to provide \udmonitoring of chicken (chicks). Therefore, this work presents a tool for monitoring of aviculture \udfrom frame images from videos. In the proposed methodology of this research, techniques were \udapplied to reduce the brightness (intensity) of the image as well as mathematical morphology and \udflooding algorithm as some of the procedures applied to images. Monitoring data of chicken, \udgenerated by analysis of the images, proved satisfactory in determining the frequency to stay in \udcertain locations of the creation places. \u
