The objective of this work was to report a value of potassium fertilization for the plants, with amaize crop (pennisetum glaucum) that appeared 4,000 and 5,000 years BC south of the Saharadesert, being widely used in animal feed, with one Wide use in the mid-west region, with a soilcover function for the direct flat system. However, this culture is dependent on the use ofbiochemistry that has an effect on the activation of various enzymatic systems, which involves theprocesses of photosynthesis and respiration of the plant, also depicting how it is an absorption ofnutrients and their functions in the plant.
