The squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) is a malignant tumor arising from the squamous cells (keratinocytes) and can\uddevelopment in humans and animals. In cattle, the SCC occur mainly in the periocular region of taurine breeds. A\udNelore cow presented a proliferative mass in the vulvar region. The histopathological examination showed a\udproliferation of neoplastic squamous epithelial cells arranged in islands with keratinized center. The definitive diagnosis\udwas SCC well-differentiated. Despite not be a predisposed breed, the prolonged solar exposition associated to the\udvulvar partial depigmentation, contribute to the tumor development in this case.\u
