A 26-year-old Chinese woman presented with sudden onset of severe headache. A cerebral scan, performed to look for subarachnoid blood, demonstrated a mass, and an MRI of the brain was performed. Further analysis revealed the head to be a primitive neuroectodermal tumour, with the ventricles appearing as ears and legs. Christopher J O'Donnell
