Three cases of a rarely described syndrome of posture‐induced tremor of the legs and trunk, which occurs with standing but resolves with walking, sitting and lying, are described. This syndrome occurs in elderly patients and, in the three patients described, responded dramatically to a small dosage of clonazepam.
