The two reports are produced an nually, in a coopera tive e[[ort with the U.S Bureau of Labor Statistics . " Occupationa l Injury and Illness Survey, Alaska 1981" provides incidence rale data for Alaska industries and is based on data collected directly from employers. " Work fnjw;es and Illnesses: the Supplementary Data System, Alaska 1981" describes the characteristics of work related inju ries a nd is based on da ta filed wilh the Alaska Divi sion of Workers ' Compensation .
