We report the case of a patient with locally‐advanced penile cancer and metastatic inguinal adenopathy who has been cured by radiotherapy. In an era when chemotherapy is being advocated increasingly for the control of locally‐advanced penile cancer, our surprisingly good result is a timely reminder that high‐dose radiotherapy alone can be a worthwhile therapeutic option.
